Trish is an experienced Registered Psychotherapist with the CRPO and an Expressive Arts Therapist, graduating from CREATE in Toronto 2007. She enjoys supporting adults, students, and adolescents both in-person and virtually over video in her private practice. Trish also offers Supervision for RP-Qs, Expressive Arts Therapists and students. Valuable work experience includes 12 years providing Expressive Arts Therapy (EXAT) for adults living with complex disabilities, and offering Expressive Arts and Play workshops to caregivers and educators in Indigenous communities around Ontario.

Areas of special interest are preventing Caregiver Burnout, supporting Anxiety with Mindfulness Meditation, and Neurodiversity-Affirming Approaches.
