Are you looking for a warm and caring therapist? Please get in touch! I am a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist. I support teens, adults, couples and families with neurodivergence (ADHD and Autism), grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship stress, substance-use concerns, and navigating school and work. I also support people with issues related to migration, racialization, caste exclusion, religion and culture, genders and sexualities. The heart of our work together is our ‘click’, so please feel free to call or email me for a no-commitment short consult.

My practice is grounded in feminist, decolonial, queer-positive, and neurodiversity-friendly principles. I draw on psychodynamic and emotion-focused approaches, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, narrative therapy, and trauma-informed mindfulness and somatic practices. Whether you’re seeking short-term solutions or longer-term interpersonal exploration, we work together collaboratively to find the best approach for you.

I have over 23 years of experience of working with children, teens, adults and families in diverse communities and contexts such as drop-ins, shelters and community health centres. I have taught community work and social service work for over a decade. I am also informed by my background as a social theory nerd and poet.

I work both in person at 211 Danforth Ave and online, through the Jane app. My fee is covered by most insurance programs.
